How to Request a Refund?

In this article, we’ll walk you through the details of our refund policy and explain how you can request a refund if you’re not fully satisfied with our services.

When You’re Eligible for a Refund

  • You’re within 7 days of your first purchase.
  • If you reached out to us and the issue couldn’t be resolved in a timely manner, you’re eligible for a refund.

When You’re Not Eligible for a Refund

  • It’s past the 7-day refund period: Refunds are strictly limited to the first 7 days after purchase.
  • You’re requesting a refund for a subscription renewal: Renewals and repurchases are not covered under our refund policy.
  • You’ve already exported or migrated a site: This indicates that the product has been used and its core value delivered.
  • You’ve heavily used ZipWP features: If you’ve created multiple sites or used most of your AI credits, we may not be able to process a refund.
  • You’re unfamiliar with WordPress: We provide resources and support to help you get started, but refunds aren’t granted for general confusion or learning curves.
  • You’ve changed your mind or had different expectations: ZipWP includes a free plan so you can explore features before purchasing. Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse or unmet expectations that weren’t part of the described offering.

How to Request a Refund

Follow these simple steps to submit a refund request:

  • Navigate to the Plan and Billing section.

  • Click on “Change Plan” button.

  • Find the order for which you’d like to request a refund.
  • If you’re within the 3-day refund period, you’ll see a Request Refund button—click it.
  • Fill out the refund request form, including your feedback and submit the form.

Once submitted, our team will review your request and send you an email confirmation with the next steps in next 24-48 hours.

Note: If the Request Refund button isn’t visible, it means the 3-day refund period has expired based on your original purchase date, and you’re no longer eligible for a refund.

We hope this guide clarifies our refund process for you! If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to our support team.
